Absolute orientation problem

Hi,

I've got a problem with the absolute orientation of the quaternions. I am using a MPU9250 with the Embedded Motion Apps 6.1 (9 axis fusion) on a msp430f5528.

When I turn the hardware off and on again the orientation in the room is different (same hardware, fixed with tape on the table).

Has anyone observed the same behavior? Any suggestions how to solve the problem?
