What is the actual license for the Embedded MotionDriver 5.1? I would like to use this code in a university project. The code under the eMPL directory says to see included License.txt, but there is no License.txt in the zip file downloaded.
Without this information, I believe technically it is illegal to use this code in any product as All rights are reserved by Invensense. This would prevent use in hobby projects and also my university project as the code will eventually be available for others use.
Can we get some clarification on use restrictions of this code please?
