I want to find the angle using this value. Is there an example source?

There is Algo example which visualizes the 3D orientation of the sensor in our eMD firmware platform. You can download the firmware here: https://invensense.tdk.com/developers/software-downloads/#smartmotion Read the software guide under doc folder.
You need to install Microchip studio to view and run the file.
