can't set value to some registers in ITG3205

Hello all,

I've been successful with I2C communication between MSP430 and ITG3205 but I'm facing a big problem trying to configure ITG3205 registers. Some of them, like register 22d, 23d, 00d, and so I can write, I mean, I read what I wrote. But it doesn't happens when I write to register 62d and 21d which are the most important registers! If I write anything to the register 21d it doesn't changes, keeps showing 0xFF. The same thing happens to the register 62d, when I write anything in the register 62d it shows me 0x00.

I'm waiting 150ms after power up to configure and I'm giving 100ms after configuration for PLL ready.
I'm trying to set clock source at X axis oscilator, 8kHz sample rate and 256Hz lowpass.
At IFG register I read only RAW DATA READY flag = 1, PLL READY is always 0...
