does anybody have a datasheet where the register addresses for CH101 and CH201 are listed? I'm trying to communicate directly via I2C as I cannot find a working example with Arduino.

Hey Lukas, you can find them in the corresponding firmware header files (e. g. in "ch101_gpr_open.h").
