Connecting MPU 6050 (GY-521) to Arduino UNO

Hello!

I am new to Arduino and the MPU-6050. I was wondering: How do I connect the MPU 6050 to the Arduino UNO and send data from the MPU 6050 to the computer? I did check http://playground.arduino.cc/Main/MPU-6050 but I didn't really understand the instructions.
