disable magnetic disturbance

Hi

I would like to know if there is a way to prevent the MPU9150 to switch between 9 and 6 axis quaternion if a magnetic disturbance is detected?

I tried to use "inv_disable_magnetic_disturbance();" as I thought that would solve my issue but still the device switches off the mag when a small magnet comes close by.

am I doing this correctly or is there an other way to solve this issue?

I am using motion fit, eMPL.5.1
