I am developing a distance sensor to measure distance between two items, each
equipped a CH-101 sensor.
As advertised, the CH-101 measures the distance from the sensor to an object by
time of flight measurement between the send and received echo
I would like to use the sensors slightly different. I would like to send by one (A) and receive
this pulse by the other (B) and returning the pulse from B to A to acknowledge. So no echo
measurement but send - receive measurement
A --> B ; B --> A and measure the time between sensing by A and receiving by A the returned pulse
sent by B
I could tolerate reduced accuracy, since I can understand it may take time to resend the pulse by B
Hope this is clearly put ...
