The FAQ section states:
The next release of Embedded MPL software will enable 9-axis sensor fusion that runs in a fully self contained fashion on the DMP
Will external magnetometers be supported (MPU-60x0) or will the 9-axis sensor fusion require an MPU with an integrated magnetometer?
