I have received the following email from Invensense:
Software functions for the following features listed below have been removed from MotionApps Software to match InvenSense device functionality:
• Free Fall Detection
• Zero Motion Interrupt/Motion Interrupt
• Configuration and Control of Motion Event Detection
• Configuration of Digital High Pass Filters for Motion Detectors (Motion, No-Motion, Zero-Motion)
• Clock Out Enable
• AUX_VDDIO - Used to determine voltage on secondary bus (set to either VLOGIC or VDDIO)
Looking at the Product Spec and Register Maps for MPU9150, all mention of the above functions has been removed.
Does this mean that any future batches of these chips will not support motion detect/zero-motion interrupts?
