IAM-20680HT sample rate divider

Hi TDK,

We're unable to slowdown the sample rate, and it appears that SMPLRT_DIV is ignored.
We verified that FCHOICE_B is 00, and our clksel is set to 000.
Can you suggest a reason for these? what are we missing?
