I need the following characteristics for the ICM-20689 IMU, which are not specified in the datasheet:
Gyro Angle Random Walk in º/sqrt(hr)
Gyro bias stabiitly (in º/hr)
If anybody has determined these characteristics I would appreciate it if that person would provide it.

We have been in contact with Invensense but they only share this information with Tier1 customers. Our required quantity doesn't qualify us to be a Tier1 customer.

The only other way to determine these parameters, is to actually do measurements and derive it from the results. There should be enough articles on the web which tells you how to determine it.
Yes that would be a good indication, however we haven't purchased the IMU yet so I assume that will not work for me :( What can I do in that case? I am sorry for taking your time and thanks again for helping me by the way!

The only other option is to try and find out on the Developers forum who has used the IMU and whether those results are available.

If you have not started with an iertial sensor yet, maybe Boch or STMicroelectronics devices would be an option.
