Hello, I recently purchased an ICM42670P sensor and I had a problem when trying to turn on the FIFO, the datasheet indicates that if you write 1 to the zero bit of FIFO_CONFIG5 register then the data from the accelerometer will be written to the FIFO, but when I make the accelerometer enable, my sensor stops working, any attempts TWI communications are unsuccessful. But if you turn on the gyroscope only, this does not happen and everything works fine. There is also a problem with SIGNAL_PATH_RESET register. The datasheet indicates that when the second bit of this register is equated to 1, it will automatically reset itself in 1.5 microseconds, but this does not happen.
