Hello.
You can see on the picture the two output of ICS. Supply is a battery (3V) with shorts wires connected to ground and VCC directly on package with 470nF decoupling capacitor. Connections to oscilloscope probe touching the pads : 1 Mohms, without any wire. Datasheet explain this Mic can be used in single ended mode. It is not possible with this spurious at 26 Khz. I confirm the result on many parts same ref. Could you confirm?

I confirm the same issue on ICS40720
Looks like you have tons of noise coupled into the measurement. Please note microphone output is very weak, and noise from many places can easily be coupled in.
