We are in the process of selecting IIM 42352 for our Vibration Monitoring use case & want to confirm:
1) What is the sensor resonant frequency for each axis?
2) What is the noise density for ODR 3980Hz? In Datasheet the Noise Density of 70µg/√Hz is given only for the ODR 100Hz

You can calculate the RMS noise at different frequency based on spectral noise density from the datasheet. RMS = 70/sqrt(ODR)
