MPU-6000 and Accel

Hi,
i try to interpret accel data from MPU-6000, when i check the Z axis i see ~ 1g [2048](gravity) i use -+16g configuration.

when i check datasheet i see that the Z axis is from bottom to top, so i should have -1g [-2048]

any help?
