MPU-6000 and SPI

Hello,
i use MPU-6000 with PXA SPI as Master. when i try to read WHO_I_M register i receive 0x20 value instead 0X68.

PXA SPI Master work well with other devices. i don't know what is the issue, i changed SPH and SPO value and still have the problem.
