MPU-6000 MPU-6050 interoperability on same PCB

If I design my PCB to work with the MPU-6050, is there any reason I can not populate a MPU-6000 in its place and have my system still work?

They both support I2C IO and I was going to connect both VDD and VLOGIC to 2.5V power supply.

This would mean that on the MPU-6000, /CS pin would be at 2.5V power but
I don't think that should pose a problem, right?

Is there anything that I am overlooking?
