MPU-6000 w/ MotionApps ?

I was wondering if anybody had experience using the MPU-6000 (in I2C mode) with MotionApps / DMP ?

Had success with the 6050 EVB - so did a layout with the MPU - but was only able to find stock of the 6000's a couple weeks ago via Newark. Seemed like it 'should' be fine ...

All the non-DMP stuff seems to work fine. But seems that there is something 'not right' going on when I start trying to use the DMP / 6D Sensor Fusion.
