MPU-9150: Can not read plausible raw sensor data

Hello all,

I can communicate via I2C, get the expected device-id, while reading the WHO-AM-I register (0x75).
But if I try to read the sensor data 0x3B-0x48 (after waking up the device by writing 0x00 to 0x6B) I only get zeros back.
I read out all sensor data at once with the burst read sequence according to the manual and the bus timing looks like standard I2C.

Any idea?
