MPU6000 storage time and

Hello,

1. Aging - For how long one can keep the MPU6000 in storage without having spec degredation? can you supply any data concerning this sensor aging phenomenon? How to test it?

2. GYRO (page12):
2.1 Sensitivity Scale Factor Tolerance - does +-3% is 3sigma or 1sigma error std? It is written min-max and not typ so it's confusing...
2.2 Sensitivity Scale Factor Variation Over
Temperature - what is the temperature range?

3. ACC (page13):
3.1 Zero-G Level Change vs. Temperature - can you please supply the error outside 0-70 degrees (-40 to 85 )?
