MPU6000 wake up after reset

Hello,

I'm using the MPU6000 sensor using SPI interface. I have noticed that once in a while i can't wake up the device.

To have a closer look at the problem, that is what i did:
1. Write 0x80 to register 0x6B
2. Wait 100 ms (or even more)
3. Write 0x00 to register 0x6B
4. Read register 0x6B

I found out that in about half of my tries, i read 0x40 from the register 0x6B.

Do you have any idea what is the problem?
