MPU60x0 vs Mantis

Hi,
In the motion lib I found a Mantis accelerometer (mantis.c). It seems that this is the MPU60x0 internal accelerometer.
If so, is it true that the accelerometer is connected via I2C internally and is using on of the five additional supported devices?

I also found a dmpDefaultMantis.c containing another DMP Memory dump. Is this the DMP code for the MPU60x0?

Is the umpl-setup-mantis-msb.c for a MPU60x0 board?

If Mantis is equivalent to MPU6050, why does the compiler switch CONFIG_MPU_SENSORS_MPU6050A2/B1 is not used?
