MPU60x0 w/ LSM303DLM Magnetometer

I am working on a student project which requires the use of motion sensing for stability control. I have a PCB setup for using the MPU60x0 and the LSM303DLM chips. I see that in the source code there is at least plans to support this particular compass, but in other header files and of course the main umpl-setup source, the only compass that has true support is the AKM 8795, probably due to the fact that its on your reference board. So I coded in the slave address for the magnetometer in slave.h. I haven't compiled the entire thing yet, because I still have to figure out how to integrate your platform with Microchip's MPLAB structures for use of your platform on a PIC24 run system. Do you guys have any configuration/calibration files for other third party magnetometers (particularly the LSM303DLM), or is this all the support I am going to get from Invensense?
