MPU9150 won't give sensor data

I try to start MPU9150 with no success. It constantly gives zeros for all sensor data. It also gives zeros for software product version from register 0x07. As far as I know it should start by taking it out of sleep mode alone with writing 0 to register 0x6B. I can read the WhoAmI register and the AK8975 ID register when I set I2C bypass mode. One strange thing I noticed is the 5.7V CPOUT voltage which was 24V on ITG3200. Is that voltage good? Is that initialization should be enough to read any sensor data from the IC? I tested four boards with the same result.
