Not able to update the firmware from 4.1 to 5.1

Hi

I've tried to update the firmware to 5.1 on our MPU-9150 MotionFit Wireless SDK using SmartRF Flash Programmer. The SmartRF Flash Programmer software finds the device but cannot setup the connection. I get the error message "Not able to setup connection with MSP430F5528!".
I have a computer with windows 7 64bit.
