Quaternion and accel_fsr

Does changing the accel_fsr influence the quaternion calculation ?

I mean, when we change the maximum rate of the accelerometer (say we go from 2 to 8 G) do we have to account for that in quaternion calculation or do Motion Fusion account for it all alone?
