Question about FSYNC

Hi,
i am reading from FIFO the quaternions generated by DMP. I´d like use the FSYNC pin for synchronization. I read in other posts the FSYNC marks the LSB in the temperature register, but i don´t use the temperature register.
FSYNC marks the quaternions in FIFO too??
