I am currently working with the ICM42670-P accelerometer in Low Power Mode and have encountered some difficulties understanding the averaging filter mechanism. I would appreciate your clarification on the following points:
1) Noise RMS Discrepancy: I have measured the noise RMS of the accelerometer in a stationary state, and the results do not seem to align with the values provided in Application Note AN-000266. For instance, at an Output Data Rate of 100 Hz with 2x averaging, my measured noise RMS is approximately 3.3 mg, whereas the datasheet specifies 6.2 mg. This result is consistent across multiple units and various ODR settings. Could you please explain why there might be such a significant difference between these measurements and the documented specifications?
2) Internal Sampling Frequency: The datasheet does not explicitly state the frequency at which samples are acquired for the averaging process. Could you provide information regarding the internal sampling rate used when the averaging filter is enabled?
