Reference PC DEMO V2.9 [MPU6050 DEMO "SWORD"]

I HAVE THE ARM BOARD [AT91SAM]AND EVAL BOARD[MPU6050].
In the PC DEMO V2.9 all works fine--very well designed.
When I us PC DEMO V2.10 a error msg appears "UPGRADE THE ARM FIRMWARE TO V1.1.1 OR HIGHER" and insure that hardware is in
streaming mode.

Two questions:
1] What do I need, from AMTEL, to "upgrade" the firmware in the ARM BOARD.

2] How do I make sure it's in streaming mode??
