Some questions about ADC values from acc e gyro

Hi,
waiting for the AVR U3C board for studying the UMPL library, I have some questions about ADC values again printed on pc through the Arm Evaluation Board:

What's the measurement unit of ADC values of the accelerometer? Is expressed in mg or not?

What's the default scale for gyroscope? How can I translate ADC values of the gyroscope to deg/s?

Considering a Sensitivity Scale Factor of FS_SEL=3 for the gyroscope, I see on the datasheet a typical values of 16.4 LSB/(°/s).
What does it means? a Step of 16.4°/s every increment of 1 bit (LSB)?
