suggesions for a target platform/board with MPU 9150/9250?

Hi,

i am looking to use MPU9150/MPU9250 motion tracking devices in my shcool project and want to know if there are any low cost target platforms/board available. my requirements
low cost hw and free/less expensive sw tools (IDE, flash programmer etc.)
bluetooth low energy module should be part of the platform.

sensoplex(http://www.sensoplex.com) has a good board based on RL78/G13, but it is costly when you combine hw and sw.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
