Hi, We are using ICP-20100 pressure sensor and calibrated wrt standard reference sensor. At room temperature we are getting good accuracy throughout the range but when we are placing it in a control temperature chamber, the barometric pressure is varying with respect to temperature. Hence, Altitude is not stable.
How can we improve it or compensate temperature variation.

What you’re seeing is typical: MEMS barometers/pressure sensors usually have a temperature-dependent offset and sensitivity. You have to characterize the temperature behavior.
