does the "UC3 Debug Console", in the downloads center, work with the MotionFit SDK as well, or does it work only with AVR UC3 platform?
In second case, where do I find the download of the cube-demo in pyton for the MotionFit SDK?
And, most important of all, what do you think is the quickest way to obtain quaternions AND acceleration data from sensor? Is it possible to do it whitout re-programming the SDK software inside the sensor?

No, it is meant to be used only with the AVR UC3 platform. The motionfit sdk board is meant to work with the teapot or python demos included with the MotionFit download. You can review the documentation and main.c file provided with the MotionFit for the available data formats.
