Unable to communicate with PC to INV-ARMEVB

I'm running Windows 7 and when I plug th INV-ARMEVB board into a USB port, it loads a GPS Camara Device driver. I can see it in Device Manager on a COM port, but it doesn't appear to communicate. The red LED on the INV-ARMEVB but nothing else (I read in the forum there would be a blinking green LED? Can't find that in any documentation though. :? ). I can run the TeaPot application with the COM port from Device Manager and the TeaPot app runs, but doesn't appear to be getting any data.

I suspect this is a Windows driver issue.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
