Whats the correct initial routine for the IMU3000

Hello,

I´m wondering if there is no sequence available how to initialise and zeroing the IMU-3000 with a microcontroller.
For example how much time do I have to wait before the data is correct. Do I have to wait until a special event...before I take some values to make the zeroing...
