Where can I find these documents referenced in the Embedded MotionApps 5.1 Release Note (RN-EMAPPS-A-5.1)?

Please refer the the reference document section in the MotionFit SDK User Guide or Hardware App Note. In use accel cal is not supported in this release. All self test documentation is inculded in the register map document for the respective chip. This SDK release is tied to the MSP430 and thus cannot be ported. The 9-axis Calibration and Algorithms document is located in the Knowledge Center of the Developers Corner. The funtional spec is in the MotionFit SDK zip file in the Download tab.

Thanks, the "Application Note: 9-Axis MotionFusion, Calibration algorithms" is quite helpful. I am quite confused though because none of the functions (e.g. MLGetFloatArray, MLSetBiasUpdateFunc, MLGetArray, etc.) or any of the other names (ML_ACCELS, ML_GYROS, ML_MAGNETOMETER, ML_BIAS_FROM_NO_MOTION, etc.) seem to show up in either the MotionFit SDK 4.1 or 5.1. What are these referring too?

They refer to older versions of the software such as eMPL 2.0. The API spec for the MotionFit SDK will outline and decsribe all the relevant function calls.
