I am using the EV_ICM-20948 evaluation board and INVARM board. In order to obtain the IMU-data, I'd like to use the InvenSense Data Logger. However, I cannot find it. Can anybody help me?

Hi, instead of IDL I recommend you to use MotionLink Software .
I am using this to get sensor data from TDK SmartMotion Board (ICM-20948)
you can get graphical data

I downloaded the "SmartMotion with MotionLink" tool. If I try to run the exe and choose to start MotionLink, an error message pops up, stating that it cannot find MotionLinkTools.dll although it is actually in the same directory...

Unfortunately, MotionLink is not compatible with the EV board + InvenSense ARM board. You'll need to purchase the DK-20948, which is the latest method of evaluation of TDK InvenSense IMUs now. Below is a link to where you can purchase the device.
