The DK-42688-P release contains a file: "Invn/Drivers/Icm426xx/Icm426xxDefsInternal.h"
which on line #30 includes a header file: "Invn/Drivers/Icm426xx/Icm426xxDefsInternal.h" that is missing from the distribution.
The DK-42605 SmartMotion eMD 2.0.1 release has the same issue.

@jlin SDK cannot be compiled because there is some missing file (Icm426xxDefsInternal.h). Any new on that?

Please ignore the Invn/Drivers/Icm426xx/Icm426xxDriverInternal.c and the Icm426xxDriverInternal.h Remove them from the project. This is not needed for the project and has been removed in our SW and will be updated in next relese.
