Any Updates? I have a similar issue. I am unable to download SmartMotion software.
SmartMotion Installer w/ MotionLink 4.2.6 (Updated 2022.11.14)

Some investigation showed that the download would fail once it downloaded 10Mb.

Sorry for the trouble. There was an issue with the website backend. I believe this is now fixed.
