Hi, i am not able to run the EMD Software. i am using the Smartmotion platform 1.9.6 and target the DK20948 board.
the motionlink SW is working well but for EMD i goyt message saying "please check troubleshooting page for flash atmel"
i tried with atmel studio but the com with board in imposible i don't see what is wrong on my side .
Somebody have advice ?

Did you open the eMD file on Atmel, and try to run from there? If so, please give us a detailed step by step what you did.

thx for your reply. I resolved the problem installing the last version of atmel studio.
From now I am using it and the sensor-cli is working fine, but always problem using Smartmotion gui, it is not important for me.
Except if i wrong there is no process to be able to check the target connection, this should be usefull.

SmartMotion MotionLink takes advantage of the Atmel studio by calling it from the GUI, it is not a sensor specific way to flash it. User makes the sensor selection from GUI after generic flash. I am glad that you resolved the issue. Let us know if you have more questions.
