IIM-42351 measurement stuck at 32767

We have produced thousands of vibration sensors with IIM-42351 and IIM-42352. We don't find any problem in the development stage. However, after deployment, our customer reports malfunctions and defects. The issues with defects are mainly divided into two categories.
First, some sensors' out value for the Z axis is stuck at 32767 (the maximum possible output value for a 16-bit integer). With some impact on the sensor, measurement can be back to normal. But is easily stuck again at times.
Second, the measurement value may drift more than 10% in a month for some sensors.

What is the cause of such situations? What can I do to resolve it?

Hello,

I see that you did not observe this issue during development stage but after deployment you seen it. What is the environmental and test condition difference between these two stages?
